另一方面，政府應依無罪推定原則等，檢討現行刑事補償法制，不限於人身自由遭限制或拘束的情況，才能獲得刑事補償，應將財產及非財產上的損害補償，分別立法規範；每日補償金額須改採固定的基本數額，但若對無辜受害者的個人或家計影響重大，得增加給付。
為了降低錯誤裁判與落實無罪推定原則，該組建議相關單位重新檢視國內現行的指認程序規範，確保「具暗示、誘導之指認程序或可能導致錯誤陳述之實務作法」不再援用，並納入有實證基礎的指認方法與程序，包括落實單盲施測、要求證人在指認時揭露他的信心程度、確保指認序列組成的公平性與適當性等；重新檢視現今的警詢技術與程序，確保「被發現會增加錯誤自白可能性的方法」不再使用。

少女時代隊長太妍18日訪台，於19至21日在新莊體育館連開三場演唱會，而門票也全在七分鐘內完售，人氣不容小覷。太妍20日開唱第二場，進行到下半部演唱時，SONE（粉絲名）按照習俗獻上驚喜應援，樂的她拿起手機把美好回憶紀錄起來。
太妍演唱完〈Secret〉後，燈光一亮驚見一樓粉絲舉著印有「看著妳我們就會綻放微笑」的手幅，隨後看台區的歌迷也玩起排字應援，先是排出「心動怎麼辦」，接著翻面擺出「太妍大人」，她看完驚訝不已，要求工作人員給手機，太妍先是拍照，隨後要求歌迷兩種都排，「我要錄影，因為這樣所以我很愛台灣。」錄完更讚台灣歌迷默契十足，「謝謝SONE，我覺得我會夢到耶！」

其實少女時代一直都很滿意台灣粉絲獻的應援，太妍看到今天的「看著妳我們就會綻放微笑」手幅，直誇：「這到底是誰的點子啊？真的太棒了。」聊完應援，她也提到歌迷都會用韓文陪唱，自己聽得很感動，「我好像每一次都是接受的人，所以有一點抱歉，以後會常來台灣，帶來更多的表演與大家見面，也會帶著少女時代一起來的」，說完台下High到以熱烈尖叫回應。
太妍唱完經典曲〈11：11〉、〈Why〉後，換上粉紅流蘇洋裝續唱安可，只不過粉絲滿是不捨，認為舞台即將結束直喊：「不要走」，暖的她覺得粉絲很浪漫。但歡樂時光總是過得特別快，在結束最後兩首歌前，太妍要求與全場拍大合照，命令台上、下歌迷擺出應援字樣，拍完她說：「我今天拍的會上傳喔！」隨後以〈Time Lapse〉、〈Curtain Call〉結束20日的演唱會。
